I paid $30 for food that even the hungriest would find difficult to consume.
I refused to even taste this food that was already cold. Both the fish, shrimp and the container reeked of cooking oil. Then we noticed that instead of the two separate orders we had requested, the loaded one container with soggy, half cooked fries and the other clear plastic had soggy fish and shrimp. After opening the bag at home we discovered that they put the food into uninsulated clear plastic containers. After another 15 minutes, we received our order and left. After about 10 minutes, my wife demanded again, with a different individual as to where our order was and this person had a back and forth with the person that took the order and had to ake our order all over again. We got excuses from two different people. An hour later, dozens of other people who ordered after us and after listening to a few other people that order before us complain, my wife went up to the counter and demanded to know where our order was. The girl told us it would be ready in twenty minute. ordered identical meals of shrimp, fish and chips.
I went there this evening at 6pm and when my wife and I arrived, I noticed several people waiting for their orders. I will never again patronize this restaurant.
